Winter

This sonnet is just a personal piece and it is about my feelings of the season winter. The sonnet starts off as I enjoy winter and I love playing in the snow, but then after the holidays I get sick of it and I just look forward to spring. The sonnet concludes with myself realizing that every season has its ups and downs and you just have to look on the bright side of things. I would like this piece to be addressed. I hope you enjoy it!

    Aww, this really was super cute. Very easy to relate to. Sometimes I feel like if I don't eat pie, I will have a fit too. Right there on spot! Are you passionate about pastries, Rachael? You could try to butter this piece up with more interesting word choice, but organization made perfect sense.

    This was a really good piece, it got me thinking about all the seasons and how I really miss the warm weather. There was not much wrong with the piece, I agree with Ima and maybe add a differnt vareity of word choice.

    I thought this was a good season poem, just the right length. Some of the rhymes seemed a bit forced though. I liked your relations back to your memories and how much you like the holidays. Overall nice piece, keep writing your poetry!

    I think you did very well portraying your feelings on winter. Its easy to relate to this poem, but i agree with Austin, at times some of the rhymes did seem a little forced. That is the only thing I think you could improve on with this piece.

    I thought this was a a good poem. I like the line about the Hummer because I like the humor (if you meant to have hummor in it). One thing that was a little confusing for me was how you said that after the holidays the snow was boring, but in the next stanza you said you weren't going to complain about the snow. Overall good job! :)

    i liked your poem! i think it could have flowed better but other than that it was good! i liked the ending a lot! great job!!!
